About New Jersey Association of Microchurches (NJAM)

The New Jersey Association of Microchurches (NJAM) is a dynamic coalition of independent microchurches spread across the state of New Jersey. Founded on the principles of unity, worship, gospel, mission, Word, fellowship, and service of Jesus Christ, NJAM endeavors to magnify the love of Jesus Christ and fortify our local communities through a unified ministry outreach. Our collective effort is grounded in Christian service, discipleship, evangelism, youth ministry, apologetics, men’s ministry, and mission work, aimed at fostering spiritual growth and serving the diverse needs of our communities.

Worship: At NJAM, worship is the heartbeat of our community. It transcends individual expression, uniting us in one voice of adoration and reverence towards God. Through worship, we seek to honor and praise Jesus’ name, deepen our relationship with Christ and with each other, and create a spiritual atmosphere where faith flourishes, Jesus is lifted up, our souls healed, and our lives enriched.

Gospel: The Gospel of Jesus Christ is our foundation and message. We are devoted to living out and sharing the profound truth of God’s unconditional love and salvation offered to all through Jesus Christ. Our mission is to bring this message of hope and new life to every corner of New Jersey, transforming lives in the process.

Service to Jesus Christ: Inspired by the example of Jesus, service is integral to our identity. We seek to flip the script on how people see and experience Jesus Christ through God’s children. At NJAM, our service is offered to the local communities without asking for anything in return, thus fostering a perception of Jesus Christ more accurate to Scripture, that Jesus walked this earth to serve, and not to be served. 

NJAM is active in serving our local communities through various ministries and outreach efforts. From youth programs to apologetics, from men’s ministry to community service projects, we aim to be= the hands and feet of Jesus, bringing light and hope to those in need. Word: The Word of God is our guide and authority. In NJAM, we emphasize the importance of engaging with Scripture deeply and regularly. Through study, teaching, and application, we aim to equip our members with the wisdom and understanding necessary to navigate life’s challenges and opportunities in a manner that honors God.

Fellowship: Fellowship within NJAM fosters a sense of belonging and community among our diverse unity of microchurches. We praise God for  our unity in Christ while embracing the unique contributions of each microchurch. Through regular gatherings, fun, food, and outings, we encourage one another in faith, support each other in trials, and rejoice together in victories.
